I know you're ready for something BIGGER. You want to reach more people and are ready for something NEW. You love what you do as a therapist, are fully booked, and have that ITCHING feeling to do something more for your ideal clients. You already have an offer in mind and have worked with a business coach to really niche that "signature" offer that really makes YOU and your teaching methods stand OUT. However, most therapists weren’t trained to sell, and the thought of offering something new to their audience feels a bit intimidating without marketing support. Does this sound like you? Don't worry, this is something other therapists have also experienced.
That is why I created a clear 3-phase plan for my 1:1 clients that I'm going to share with you; launching doesn’t have to feel chaotic or pushy—it can feel empowered, strategic, and aligned.
Today, I'll break down the 3 phases: Warm-up → Launch → Post-Launch
So, selling a high-ticket offer doesn't feel so out of reach.
Phase 1: Pre-Launch (Warming Up Your Audience)
Goal: Build awareness and desire before you sell
What to focus on:
Positioning your offer: Make it crystal clear who it’s for and what it helps them do
Content that educates and activates:
Behind-the-scenes of creating your offer
Busting myths your audience believes
Storytelling to connect emotionally
Nurturing conversations in DMs and emails
Growing your waitlist or email list
📌 Pro tip: Use polls, question boxes, or content like “This is for you if…” to build anticipation and gauge interest in your Instagram Story sequences.
Phase 2: Launch (Open Enrollment)
Goal: Show up confidently and sell your offer
What to focus on:
Sales content:
Direct posts about the offer
Social proof (testimonials, past results, client wins)
Addressing objections head-on
Calls to action that convert: Invite them to apply, book a consult, or DM for details
Sales emails: A nurture sequence that matches your posts
Energetic visibility: Repeating the offer often without sounding robotic
📌 Pro tip: Your job isn’t to “convince”—it’s to make it easy for the right people to say yes.
Phase 3: Post-Launch (Optimize & Recycle)
Goal: Refine what worked + prepare for the next round
What to focus on:
Audit the launch:
Which posts/emails got the most traction?
What objections came up most often?
Repurpose your launch content: Use it again next time—don’t start from scratch (with obvious tweaks made from things you learned from first launch)
Follow up with warm leads: Not everyone buys right away—keep nurturing. Have some interested eyes in the first launch, but weren't ready for your offer? Keep a lead tracker for the next group and revisit old leads that have shown interest.
Deliver a strong client experience: It fuels your future testimonials and referrals
📌 Pro tip: Selling out isn’t just about the launch week—it’s what you do before and after that that creates long-term momentum.
You don’t need to be a marketing pro—you need a process. You have the therapy experience, and I have the marketing expertise- together, we are a POWER DUO to successfully launch and sell out your offer. Remember, you never have to go through the marketing process alone. "Winging it" only brings more questions than solutions :)
With this 3-phase plan, you can launch with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Where do you see yourself in the next 12 months? Still seeing 20+ clients a week?
OR do you feel like you've done your time with that and you're ready for more space, more freedom, and to pass on your wisdom?
