MY MAIN GOAL FOR MY BUSINESS:
My journey
I come from a pysch background. It’s what I love most. I went to school for psych, worked in the field as a behavioral tech, and worked in ABA therapy at a behavioral unit for kids with high needs. I worked for a private practice and saw the passion and love that goes into building a private practice. I admired my boss (the owner) she, along with the other BCBAs there were role-models I aspired to be- then I had my “ah ha moment” I realized, in order to really help these kids was to help the ones helping them, the therapists. I didn’t want my big dreams to cloud my work with these kids who needed every piece of you, pieces I couldn’t give- which is how my business started.
THE BEGINNING
I saw (my later mentor) a VA coach talk about becoming a virtual assistant and I thought I can do that too! So, I started my business, got the mentor help, and made my dreams a reality. BUT we never stop growing- and my next step was something I never knew- marketing. I fell in love with it, because it is very similar to psyhc, you use a lot of psych in marketing, and if I could combine two things I loved, why wouldn’t I? I had all the experience I needed, I grew my brand from scratch, and if I could, why couldn’t you? I believe if I can do something, you can as well. SO, I took my knowledge and the social proof of building my own brand BY MYSELF and thought I could do the same for you.

The best way to show up, is by being YOU!! You can also add in how I love working from home because I get to be present for willie. Which is how I went full time in my business plus hes super cute and can add our pics here. LASTLY- end goal wise- because of my work with adolescences on the autism spectrum, my big dream outside of my business is to open a foundation or non-profit to help early development and aba therapy centers.
